What can be returned
Our returns policy is consistent as per the Australian consumer law. Please use due diligence in checking hard parts for correct fitment before removing from the packaging. Items, like chains will not be accepted once they have been removed from their clear plastic packages. You should usually be able to compare the new item with old/broken item while it is still in the manufacturers packaging. We do understand that this is unavoidable in some circumstances. We hold no responsibility in our customer’s inaccurately reading item descriptions and vehicle compatibility lists.
Items that are returnable for change of mind are noted as such in the description below the item. If an item is non-returnable it is also noted in the description, the item must be in its original packaging in new, unused condition for All Automotive Parts to accept the refund or your refund may not be accepted. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of original purchase. It is up to customer to pay return shipping and item will be refunded minus our cost of original shipping and a 20% Re-stocking fee. 10% handling fee will also be applied on top of orders that use Afterpay and ZIP. Refund is only given by original payment method. If a new car part is fitted to the car then it is deemed a used part and cannot be returned for a refund, credit or supply of another part. The product cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation as we are not responsible for installation errors. If parts are proven faulty, our maximum liability is to refund the price of the product and we are not responsible for any labour expenses, towing expenses or shipping costs. All parts are to be fitted and installed by a qualified mechanic or professional. We hold no responsibility in our customer’s inaccurately reading item descriptions and vehicle compatibility lists.
Please contact us before hand on why you are returning the item via email so we can assist you with your return to avoid any confusion. we reserve the right to not accept returns based on the above indications.
Painted goods, missing parts or new items that we defined as new that are used or fitted are non-returnable, once you change the origin of the part or fit the part to your car then you forgo the rights for a refund/credit or supply of another part. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
Incorrectly ordered parts will not be accepted for a credit.

When do items need to be returned by
Item must be returned to us within 30 days of original purchase date. We reserve the right to not accept refunds based after the 30 days. Misdiagnosis or change of mind on an item will incur a 20% restocking fee plus freight cost.

When returning your item please ensure you have enclosed your Full Name, Invoice number, contact details and tracking information of the item being returned, so that return staff can identify your order on its return to us.
How do customers return items
It is up to customer to return item, usually Australia Post is the easiest option, other Methods can include Couriers Please, Sendle, Fastway Couriers, TNT and other couriers.
Shipping for returns
Customers must pay return shipping on all return items, item will be refunded minus the original cost of the original shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.
Credit for returns
Customer will be refunded into original payment method that was used to purchase item.
Packing materials
Items MUST be returned in original packaging in original condition. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
Any return which is not in an acceptable condition will be sent back at the expense of the customer, please ensure all items are in new & resaleable condition to avoid your return being rejected.
Note: If you placed your order with free freight, your money will be credited or refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by All Automotive Parts, unless at the fault of All Automotive Parts of course.
*Please note: The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in the return of any items. All Automotive Parts is not responsible for any local taxes or currency conversion for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a claim is made that the item sent is not as described, we reserve the right to request photos and or videos as required to determine what the issue is and how it can be fixed. In most cases we will ask for a photo of the part we sent and the part off the vehicle.
If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, we may seek reimbursement, at our discretion, for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods. In such cases, you agree that we may hold your goods until such payment is received.
Order Cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, allautomotiveparts.com.au can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, allautomotiveparts.com.au reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
Damage Parcel Claims
If your item has been damaged during shipping do not attempt to fix it, contact us immediately to raise a damage parcel claim, the following process will apply.
1. Email our team within 20 hours of receveing the item to inform them your item has been damaged including images of the following
- Images of the item including the packaging, box and shipping label is required.
Claims cannot be processed without the above included.
2. The team will then be in touch to inform you of the next steps including sending out a replacement part and arranging the product to return to us at your expense.
If emailing outside of the 20 hour timeframe of receiving your item then we cannot process any damage parcel claim or provide a replacement.

WARRANTY POLICY
All products we sell each have their own manufacturer’s warranty. In most cases, the warranty for new aftermarket will be 12 months from the purchase date. Second hand/ used parts have a 3 month warranty, 30 days on all second hand electrical items. Or any longer warranty period that may be printed on your original tax invoice.
During the warranty period, we will replace or refund, at our option, any new part that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation. Please contact us at sales@allautomotiveparts.com.au for any warranty claim. We will then process a warranty claim with the product manufacturer.
It is the policy of All Automotive Parts that the Warranty will be VOID if not fitted by a qualified licensed mechanic. Proof of fitment will be requested at the time of warranty claim.
- THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER LABOR COSTS OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE PART.
- This limited warranty represents the exclusive remedy for any product defect or failure and the total liability of All Automotive Parts and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“All Automotive Parts”) for any part it warrants. All Automotive Parts MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, CONDITION OF ANY KIND OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties. Therefore, all implied warranties that may apply to your part are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states also do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special or consequential damages, so the above information may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Advance does not authorize any person to vary the terms, conditions or exclusions of this warranty. If any provision of the warranty should become invalid or unenforceable because of any laws, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent allowed under local law, the remedies provided in this Limited Warranty Policy are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies.
